Day 19 – Friday

Noticed waking up with sore tummy this morning…

15minute walk in the morning. Full on day at work. On Voltaren so no major pain.

Day 18 – Thursday – Voltaren 9pm

Okay in morning. 2/10

Went to gym in afternoon:

5min rowing level10, 3min walking level15 @ 6km p/h, 20 pullups, 20pushups, 20squats with 10kg bag, sauna.

Once again the pain seems to become quite prominent after the gym and gets progressively worse by night time – exhausted – 7/10

Day 17 – Wednesday

No major issues during day and a bit sore at night 2/10

Day 16 – Tuesday – Voltaren 9pm

Okay for most of the day – very full on at work and lots of moving and walking. 3/10

Went to gym – sauna and swim - 8 freestyle, 8breaststroke, 2walking 

Had to cook dinner and it started becoming really painful. Tired back, really sore hip left, lower back aching, slow to move. 8/10

6/10 Pain and discomfort, really sore hip and a tired feeling middle back.

Voltaren working pretty well.

My left side hip is giving me grief even through the V.

Day 13 – Saturday – Voltaren 10am

Pain and discomfort that went right through the day – 6/10

Took Voltaren after breakfast. 1/2 hour walk in the evening for exercise.

A bit of discomfort during the day and more during the evening. Slow to walk and move around.

No gym today.

Day 11 – Thursday

2/10 no major issues and a full on day at work. Swelling has gone down considerably.

Evening: starting to feel the Voltaren wear off.

No gym today.

Day 10 – Wednesday

I had booked an Exam this afternoon so spent the morning at home.

Pain was pretty full on 7/10 but different to normal. Huge swelling and discomfort and restriction of movement. Voltaren hasn’t kicked in yet.

I passed my exam (YAY!!!) and went to the gym for a sauna/stretch in the afternoon. Massaging around the area and noticed the huge knots and swelling, pretty ugly stuff.

Sauna/stretch/massage loosened things up and I swam 10 lengths, 5 breaststroke and 5 freestyle.

Voltaren kicking in in the evening and had a good nights sleep.
