Went to the market on Sunday morning, carrying groceries around on my shoulder. Got home and really felt a lot of pain in my hip area. 7/10
Standing up in kitchen making muffins. Once I’d completed this I was nearly completely immobile. 9/10.
Stabbing pain with every single move. Left hip area. Sore to sit, sore to walk. Took Voltaren after lunch and collapsed on the floor for an hour, just didn’t want to move.
Was uncomfortable for the rest of the day, but the rest helped, as well as the early time to bed.
