Day 18 – Thursday – Voltaren 9pm

Okay in morning. 2/10

Went to gym in afternoon:

5min rowing level10, 3min walking level15 @ 6km p/h, 20 pullups, 20pushups, 20squats with 10kg bag, sauna.

Once again the pain seems to become quite prominent after the gym and gets progressively worse by night time – exhausted – 7/10
